When the tachogenerator does not transmit information about the rotation of the electric motor to the control module, this is manifested by the lack of rotation of the drum. In this case, you can suspect not only a breakdown in the motor, but also a malfunction of the tachometer itself. There is a possibility of an open circuit or short circuit at the tachogenerator output.

It is easy to check the serviceability of the rotation sensor - just measure the resistance at its output with a multimeter. The value should be in the range of 110-180 Ohms. In the same way, you can check the circuit for a short circuit. Another possible cause of failure is failure of the ECU. If error codes F01 and F02 appear, repairs should be entrusted to a qualified technician.

The ACM can be brought into working condition by rebooting the computer - to do this, you need to disconnect it from the network for 15–20 minutes. Higher problems are eliminated by replacing the motor, triac or tachogenerator. The brushes in the motor may fail, so it will be enough to replace them.

At the same time, check whether the heating element is breaking through to the housing. To do this, turn on the buzzer mode on the tester. Place the probes like this: one to the contact, the other to the body. If everything is in order, then the tester works quietly, if there is a breakdown, it will beep.
Next, remove the old heating element, even if the tester readings are normal. To do this, unscrew the central fastener by unscrewing the nut. Take out the seal.
Inspect the heating element. If there is a thick layer of scale or dark spots on it, then the element 100% needs to be replaced.

Before installing the heating element, clean the place in which it is attached from scale and debris. If this is difficult to do by hand, use a wire hook or bottle brush.

Less serious breakdowns - faults that can be fixed yourself

The machine does not turn on. The solution to the problem can be extremely trivial - check the tightness of the plug connection to the outlet.
Water does not fill. Most often this is due to the fact that the tank hatch is not tightly closed, the water supply tap is closed, or the water supply hose is kinked.
You have loaded the laundry, added powder, but the washing process does not start. Check that the water supply tap is open and that the delayed wash program is not activated.
There is a continuous flooding and draining of water. The problem may be due to the fact that the water drain hose is too low above the floor (less than 70 cm) or the drain hose is under water.
Extraneous noise is heard during washing. Stop the machine and check for foreign objects (such as coins) in the drum.
Excessive foaming. This problem may be due to the fact that you are using a hand wash detergent rather than a machine detergent.

You can check the buttons for operation with a multimeter. For example, the contacts on the pins of the buttons are short-circuited when pressed - this means that the resistance between them is zero. At rest, the resistance is equal to infinity (break). If there is a malfunction, the resistance values will be different. The cables and connectors leading to the control unit are also checked.

Disconnect the wires leading to the board.
Twist the engine and control module.

lack of water in the inlet line or low pressure;
clogged inlet hose or filter;
failure of the filling valve;
heating element malfunction;
breakdown of the pressure switch (constantly gives a signal about an empty tank).

The cause of the breakdown may be that the relay does not turn on the heating element. In this case, the serviceability of the relay is checked. You should also check whether the heating element has burnt out. The integrity of the contacts in the connectors and cables may be damaged.
