How to put things in a suitcase compactly so that they don’t get wrinkled when moving, for hand luggage

Instructions on how to pack a suitcase so as not to damage the appearance of things when unpacking and not to give up your usual accessories on a trip:

  • Planning the right amount of clothing. A week's trip is provided using the 5-4-3-2-1 method: no more than 5 sets of underwear, 4 T-shirts, tops or shirts, 3 pairs of trousers (jeans and/or skirts), 2 pairs of shoes, 1 hat.
  • Dividing luggage into hand luggage with small accessories that you cannot do without on the road (comb, medicine, napkins, documents, money and other individual small items), and the suitcase itself.
  • Ergonomic arrangement of clothes and shoes, which will cause them the least damage when unpacking.

Medicines

When thinking about how to pack your suitcase correctly and what to take with you on the road, you need to take into account that it is better to take pills and medicines from home.
Medicines you know may have different names in another country, and many of them require a doctor’s prescription to purchase. If you suffer from chronic diseases, immediately take several packs of the necessary product. The following drugs will be useful:

  • "Loperamide", "Smecta" - for diarrhea;
  • for indigestion - activated charcoal;
  • “Baralgin”, “No-shpa” - for pain, spasms;
  • “Theraflu”, “Fervex” - for colds;
  • “Mezim”, “Festal” - for overeating;
  • “Prospan”, “Mukaltin” - for cough;
  • for allergies - Suprastin;
  • “Paracetamol”, “Aspirin” - for fever;
  • valerian, validol - for pain in the heart;
  • for burns - “D-panthenol”;
  • for headaches - “Spazmalgon”, “Citramon”.

Also, be sure to take with you a thermometer, a sterile bandage, a band-aid, brilliant green or iodine, cotton swabs and sanitary swabs.

Another secret

The list of effective ways to compactly pack a suitcase can be supplemented with one more item. To pack things before your trip quickly and without unnecessary problems, try to organize the process by dividing things into groups:

1. Cash and personal documents - something without which the trip may not take place at all. Keep this set with you at all times. Before traveling, make copies of all documents. If you lose, you will have at least something left that will help you cope with the problem of recovery.

2. Household appliances and cosmetics

Before you pack your things, pay attention to the hotel where you plan to stay. Do they provide cosmetics and toiletries? Otherwise, it’s better to stock up on compact versions of the products that suit you

3. Clothes. Try to approach the issue objectively. Don't take extra clothes that you may or may not wear. It’s better to create several sets that easily and correctly complement and replace each other. Give preference to lightweight fabrics that dry quickly and do not require ironing.

4. Shoes. Choose something simple and convenient.

5. Medicines. No trip is complete without an emergency medical supply. Take an antipyretic, analgesic, anti-allergies and anti-poisoning medicine. You should not take a whole pack, limit yourself to one blister of medicine.

6. Entertainment. No luggage is complete without a camera. It is better to prefer a tablet to a laptop; paper books can easily be replaced by a compact electronic version.

When wondering how to compactly pack things in a suitcase, try not to deviate from a thoughtful list. Check each group of things. Perhaps some of the above needs preparation (charging, changing batteries, repairing).

What to consider when filling your suitcase

If you are planning a short trip, then the ideal option is to limit yourself to hand luggage. This could be a small travel bag or a small suitcase on wheels. Carry-on luggage is allowed into the cabin and does not have to be checked in. Another plus is that upon arrival you won’t have to waste time getting your luggage and worry about its safety during the flight.

If your trip requires a large number of things, then you should definitely find out the permissible weight of baggage allowed for transportation. This is easy to do by going to the carrier's website. This information will help you avoid overpayments when checking in for a flight, as well as other difficulties.

In order not to forget anything important, we put things in a suitcase a few days before the appointed date of the trip. Be sure to make a list of necessary items

Then we collect them and lay them out in front of us. You can use a table or bed for this. It is important to visually assess the volume of luggage. This simple psychological technique will help you understand whether all this is really useful.

When a vacationer packs his suitcase for the first time, it is better to seek advice from those who have already visited those parts. Friends will tell you what was useful to them, and what things can be neglected. It would be a good idea to explore thematic sites and forums of experienced travelers.

For example, if the trip is informal, then it is better to make a list of things from the so-called “basic” wardrobe. This includes jeans, simple plain T-shirts, and dresses with a simple cut. The elements should be easily combined with each other - this will prevent you from gaining too much. You can also create wardrobe sets for every day.

It is recommended to check the weather forecast before your trip. If heavy showers or cold are not expected, we limit ourselves to a light windbreaker for evening walks. You shouldn’t take woolen sweaters or a jacket “just in case.” If you are planning a long vacation, then whatever one may say, you will need warm clothes, small household appliances or other bulky items. All rarely used items should be placed at the bottom of the suitcase or in a separate compartment. This way they won’t get in the way, and will be at hand if necessary.

Make a list of things

Collect all things together, assessing their size. For a short trip, it is best to use hand luggage.

Highlight your suitcase

Once you've packed everything, think about making your suitcase stand out from the crowd. This is not only beautiful, but also useful - when collecting luggage at the airport, a bright identification mark on your suitcase will help you not to lose it. Let’s face it, losing your luggage is an unpleasant start (or end) to your vacation.

Special reflective stripes serve not only for decoration, but also for safety - with them, any motorist can easily notice you even in complete darkness

Bright stickers are the easiest way to highlight a plastic or leather suitcase, but they are not suitable for textile surfaces

If you have not yet purchased a suitcase, opt for the brightest and most noticeable one - of course, not forgetting about your own color preferences

A well-packed suitcase is the key to a pleasant and carefree vacation. Make sure that you have all the necessary things with you - and nothing will ruin your trip.

Laying out clothes

Since your main task is to pack your suitcase so that everything fits, try to pack things as closely as possible to each other. This rule, by the way, will also help to avoid the formation of wrinkles on clothes during the trip.

So, how to fold things without getting wrinkled? There is nothing difficult about this if you follow the tips below.

Clothes made from light fabrics (T-shirts, summer blouses, T-shirts) just need to be folded one on top of the other and then rolled up with a roller or an envelope.

Alternate wardrobe items made of delicate fabrics that wrinkle easily with knitwear. This will allow you to maintain the impeccable appearance of all things.

It is better to roll light clothes before putting them in a suitcase.

Before folding your suit, fasten all buttons. First, take care of the trousers, they can also be laid on the bottom, but in such a way that the trouser legs remain outside. That is, between the lumbar and lower parts you need to place rollers with clothes.

Now let's get down to the question that frightens many people: how to fold a jacket into a suitcase. First, turn it inside out, leaving only the sleeves unturned. Match the shoulder seams and fold the garment in half along its entire length. If the suitcase is small, fold the jacket in four, also bending it along the waist line.

You can fold your jacket compactly in 7 simple steps

Shirts usually don't wrinkle much, but they also need to be packed properly. Fasten the buttons and place the product on a flat horizontal surface with the front facing down. Next, carefully fold the sleeves and lift the collar up. From both sides to the middle, make equal folds parallel to the side seams, and then fold the shirt in half. You can finish this by sending the item to your suitcase. It would also be a good idea to wrap the folded shirt in soft fabric.

The easiest way to fold a shirt compactly

Wrap your underwear, bedding, and towels in one bag to prevent them from getting tangled with your other items.

Roll up your socks and hide them in your shoes at the bottom of your suitcase so they don’t take up extra space. By the way, you can also put various little things there.

To prevent the hat from becoming deformed in your suitcase, fill its convex part with small, wrinkle-resistant items, for example, a swimsuit, handkerchiefs, scarves. To save space, it is better to place the headdress at the bottom.

Fold socks and shoes compactly

  • It is very convenient to fold socks directly into shoes. One shoe can fit as many as three pairs.
  • Place each shoe in a separate plastic bag. Place them along the entire edge of your travel bag. This way you can save a lot of useful space rather than just throwing your shoes on the bottom.
  • You can stock up on special shoe covers in advance. The remaining free space in them is perfect for socks and other small items.
  • Place large shoes in cases at the bottom of the bag, and place flat ones at your discretion.

How to pack a suitcase using organizers: reviews, tips, photos

Many people note that the question of how to pack a suitcase is easier to solve using special devices. For example, compression bags. By twisting them, a person can get rid of the air inside. Which significantly reduces the volume of packets. Items packaged in this way will receive good protection from dust, moisture, and odors.

Compression bags for suitcases can be deflated like this:

Covers for clothes - you can choose any models to suit any needs! Volumetric and flat, large and miniature, square, cylindrical, rectangular - you can really choose any option.

Nothing extra

If you have a trip ahead, it is better not to pack your suitcase at the last moment, a few hours before the train or plane: something will definitely be forgotten, and folding your luggage in a hurry will lead to the fact that you won’t be able to fit everything in

To avoid this and be able to compactly put all your things in a suitcase, it is important to remember the rule: we take only the essentials. This way you have a better chance of fitting everything in.

The following tips will be useful for novice travelers:

  • Make a list of what you need to take with you in advance. Re-read it several times - you will definitely find something unnecessary or missing. Perhaps some items can be replaced with smaller analogues.
  • Vary the combinations of things in the sets so that you can get by with the minimum (for example, take several different T-shirts with one pair of pants, or select trousers, a skirt and several blouses that go with both).
  • Focus on weather conditions so that your wardrobe is practical (for example, stilettos are not needed at sea, and sandals are not needed in late autumn).
  • There is no need to pack things “just in case”: there is a high risk that this case will never come, and things will simply take up precious space.
  • Do not take what you can easily and inexpensively buy on the spot (soap, toothbrush and toothpaste or something else).
  • It is better to pour gels, shampoos, and other hygiene products little by little into smaller containers. Surely 300 ml of tonic will not run out in a few days, but it will add significant weight to your luggage, and besides, such a bottle will take up more space than a jar of baby food.
  • It is better to place heavy, bulky items or those that will not be needed soon at the very bottom, and essential items at the very top (slippers, night pajamas, toilet paper).

List of necessary things

A well-compiled list of what you need will help you pack your bags for vacation quickly, without wasting time . Experts advise dividing all things into separate “zones”: clothes and shoes, first aid kit, documents, equipment, hygiene products - so the list will not be chaotic. Opposite the most important points, you should put separate notes and double-check availability:

  • vouchers;
  • tickets;
  • passports;
  • money;
  • telephones;
  • chargers.

You should take the list with you on vacation so that before leaving home you can double-check that all things are packed.

Cloth

This item is individual for all family members, so it would be a good idea to make a separate list of what is necessary for each person.

An approximate list of things in a suitcase for a woman for 7-10 days:

  • a swimsuit, it’s better to even put two in reserve, because after a morning visit to the beach by the evening the foam rubber bra may not have time to dry;
  • a beach pareo cover will provide excellent additional protection against sunburn;
  • shorts, and if you need to walk a lot, then breeches are better for more comfortable movement;
  • several skirts, two will be enough: one above the knee and the other below;
  • It’s better to take one dress with you, but a universal one, suitable for “going out” and at the same time for daily wear;
  • jeans – even in warm countries you can’t do without them on cool summer evenings;
  • if you plan on active recreation, a tracksuit will come in handy; if not, it’s better to put it aside;
  • underwear for every day;
  • pajamas;
  • 3-4 T-shirts or T-shirts - this amount is quite enough;
  • a loose shirt made of natural fabric, preferably linen (necessary in case of sunburn);
  • a jacket for cold evenings, a cardigan is also perfect.

What to put in a suitcase at sea for a man to have enough things:

  • 2 shorts or 1 shorts and 1 light trousers made of natural fabric;
  • jeans in case of cold weather;
  • 3-4 T-shirts, T-shirts or shirts with short sleeves - you shouldn’t take less, because in summer clothes get dirty quickly, and you don’t want to constantly bother with washing;
  • a light, loose, long-sleeve shirt in case of sunburn;
  • daily underwear;
  • several pairs of socks;
  • 2 swimming trunks in case the first ones do not have time to dry before the next trip to the beach;
  • a jacket or a warm thick shirt for an evening walk during a cool sea breeze;
  • sports suit if active recreation is expected.

When planning to pack one suitcase for two on a vacation at sea, you need to figure out whether there is enough space for both of them. It is better to place essential items in advance, but if they do not fit, it is worth agreeing on what can be left at home, who can easily do without what.

The list of things for a child to pack for a suitcase at sea should be “with reserve”, because children feel the influence of temperature more strongly and often get dirty. Sample list:

  • 2-3 swimsuits;
  • several shorts or skirts (for girls these things can be combined);
  • 2 warm pants;
  • 2-3 warm blouses;
  • 4 T-shirts or tank tops;
  • daily panties and socks;
  • 1 pajamas;
  • a set of elegant clothes.

You should definitely pack your suitcase for the sea with your children so as not to miss out on the things that your child likes most.

Shoes

You must remember to pack several pairs of shoes for each family member in your suitcase on vacation:

  1. Sandals or sandals - they are suitable for both going to the sea and walking around the city.
  2. Flip-flops, especially if the beach is pebbly and not sandy, as you can easily burn or cut your feet.
  3. Sneakers or sneakers - it is better to give preference to models made of fabric material, so that you are comfortable even in the heat.

If you plan to go to a club or restaurant, you can add elegant shoes to this list.

Hats and accessories

When packing your suitcase for the sea, you shouldn’t forget about hats, especially for children. This is the most important thing - getting heatstroke is very easy, but the consequences are terrible. It is recommended to take 2 caps, hats or panama hats.

Gold jewelry should not be worn; it can easily be lost. It is better to take several pieces of beautiful jewelry. Iron jewelry heats up in the sun and can burn the skin; it is more practical to give preference to options made of stone or wood. If the watch is not waterproof, then you should also leave it at home, because you can ruin the accessory by simply forgetting to take it off before going to the beach.

Your sea travel bag should also include:

  • a belt, if there are clothes that are uncomfortable to wear without it;
  • 1 small bag or backpack and one beach model;
  • Sunglasses;
  • hair accessories.

Bags for a seaside holiday should not be filled to the top; you should leave some free space in case you buy souvenirs and other reminders of the trip.

Hygiene products

Some people prefer to use mini tubes of cosmetics provided by the hotel, or buy everything on site, but it is much easier to take the necessary products from home. If you know how to properly put things in a suitcase at sea, they won’t take up much space . A particularly advantageous solution is to use small bottles for travel; you can pour the required amount of hygiene products into them:

  • sunscreen with a high level of protection;
  • panthenol or special after-sun cream;
  • shampoo and shower gel;
  • hair conditioner, because salt water dries it out;
  • toothbrushes and toothpaste;
  • body cream - the skin becomes dry after sea water;
  • ladies can take a cosmetic bag with them, however, colorful makeup on vacation is not always appropriate, it is better to give preference to natural shades, you must not forget the makeup remover;
  • deodorant;
  • shaving foam, aftershave lotion and razor;
  • comb;
  • hygiene products for women;
  • Beach towel;
  • cotton swabs and disks;
  • perfume/cologne if necessary.

A manicure set will also come in handy, although you can limit yourself to scissors, a nail file and tweezers.

First aid kit

Without a basic list of medications, you won’t be able to pack your things into a suitcase at sea. But you should take only essential medicines; the rest can be purchased directly on the spot. Required in a travel first aid kit:

  • tablets for food poisoning, because this is not uncommon on vacation (one tablet is enough);
  • bactericidal adhesive plasters (5-10 pieces);
  • antipyretic;
  • pain reliever;
  • anti-allergy pills.

If there are bottles of liquids in your suitcase (brilliant greens, iodine, cough syrup), you should additionally pack them in plastic bags with a zipper so as not to stain other things if the medicine suddenly spills.

Money, documents and equipment

As trite as it may seem, you should pay attention to the presence of mobile phones; according to statistics, they are the ones most often forgotten at home. You also need to check whether the following are on the holiday list:

  • charging device;
  • tablet or laptop (if needed);
  • headphones;
  • camera;
  • hairdryer (if the hotel does not have one);
  • tickets;
  • international passport;
  • keys;
  • insurance;
  • driver's license (if you plan to rent a car).

It is better to keep money on several bank cards; taking more than $500 in cash is not recommended.

Usually, these things are enough to pack a suitcase at sea; the rest depends on the needs and level of comfort of the hotel and resort. Just in case, you can stock up on a folding umbrella, mosquito repellent and a book so that you have something to occupy yourself during the trip; everything else is easier to buy on the spot.

Use of vacuum bags and sealing bags

If there are too many things or they are bulky, then you can use vacuum bags. Due to sealing, each item is reduced by three times, and the suitcase will fit 20-30% more clothes. In addition, they protect property from dust, dirt, insects, fungus and foreign odors.

There are certain packaging rules:

  1. All clothing must be dry. If you seal a wet item, the next time you open the bag you may notice an unpleasant odor.
  2. Massive carved buttons, buckles, zippers and locks must be hidden inside the fabric and only then the air must be pumped out so that the bag does not tear.
  3. If a small hole or cut occurs, it can easily be sealed with adhesive tape or tape. The main thing is to immediately notice the gap before the air escapes completely.
  4. Don't pack a lot of things in one big bag. It's better to use several small ones.
  5. Before you start packing, you should smooth out the item to prevent any bulges from forming. Subsequently, a flat bag will be easier to place in a suitcase.

How to fold clothes compactly

To prevent clothes from getting wrinkled, it is best to roll them up or stack them in a special way. Lifehacker has already talked about it. And he even made a video instruction:

So we will not dwell on this method. But it’s worth talking in more detail about how to roll things up.

How to fold pants

Suit trousers need to be folded crosswise in half and, starting from the fold, rolled into a regular roll.

It's better to fold your jeans a little differently. Turn the top part out and place one pant leg over the other. Starting at the bottom, roll up the jeans. Then wrap the folded part around it.

How to fold sweaters, shirts and other long-sleeved items

Place the sleeves at an angle on the front of the sweater and fold them in the middle. Turn the bottom of the sweater out a few centimeters. Fold the right side of the jacket towards the middle and cover it with the left side. Starting from the neckline, roll the item and wrap it with the folded part.

Shirts are folded similarly:

You can use a simpler method: fold the shirt in half, lay the sleeves lengthwise and roll it up.

T-shirts fold almost the same way as sweaters:

And to save time, you can collapse them together:

How to fold dresses and skirts

Simply fold the skirt in half lengthwise and roll it into a roll. You can do the same with dresses with short sleeves. If they are long, fold the dress in the same way as sweaters.

How to fold warm clothes

If you only need to take a couple of sweaters, sweatshirts or other bulky items with you, you can simply fold them neatly this way:

And to save space, it’s better to put them in a suitcase not on top of each other, but vertically.

A warm jacket can be rolled into a tight roll and tied with rubber bands for security, as shown in this video:

Or put it in a bag or case:

But if there is a catastrophic lack of space in your suitcase, vacuum bags will come to the rescue. It is better to choose bags without a valve - they are also called compression bags.

Place your things there, zip the bag and roll it tightly. This will allow excess air to escape.

How to pack a suitcase

You can simply stack folded clothes on top of each other or put them in organizers. This will create order in your suitcase. And if you divide clothes into them by type (jeans in one organizer, T-shirts in another, and so on), this will also make it much easier to find the things you need.

Here are some good organizers:

  • Set of eight organizers with bags and shoe cover →
  • Set of six organizers with mesh inserts →
  • Set of four flat mesh organizers →

Things rolled up and placed in organizers take up very little space. This way you can fit almost an entire wardrobe not only in a suitcase, but even in hand luggage!

Well, if you still want to fold things the old fashioned way, in a pile, use tissue paper and film. This way the clothes will definitely not get wrinkled.

Tip #6: Mix heels with clothes

If a trip is not a trip without stilettos, be prepared to struggle with packing. Heels don't fit well into a suitcase like Tetris, but we have a way out.

First, lay out your shirts, spare jeans or sweaters. Then place the shoes so that they are closer to the base of the suitcase, but not at the very bottom. Fill the gaps near the heels with small soft things. Place rolled up socks inside each pair to ensure there are no creases. Voila!

Let's start packing your suitcase

So, we finally come to the packaging itself. Here, too, there are rules that will help you minimize the volume, give you the opportunity to grab more things and bring everything intact.

Kettle, dishes, shoes, adapters, creams, etc. – hard, bulky items are best placed at the very bottom. Moreover, all the voids inside such items are necessarily filled with smaller luggage. It is advisable to place shoes at the bottom of the suitcase. And not in pairs, but in a chaotic order, while filling all the empty spaces with small change. This will allow you to maintain the shape of your shoes and manage space efficiently. Underwear and socks are excellent materials for filling voids. You should not put them in one package. It's better to put it in bags and use it to fill spaces between larger things. Carryable items can be folded either in a checkerboard pattern or rolled up. This rule will help them arrive ironed and significantly reduce the volume in the suitcase. It is better to pack towels, bedding, jackets and other soft bulky items on top of everything, as if covering with them the confusion of different-sized items below. We must pack all bottles with liquids in two plastic bags and cover them on all sides with soft things (medicines are also included here)

It is important that they do not hang around the suitcase (this is important if it is half empty). The same rule applies to sharp objects. It is better to wrap them in newspaper so that when moving and “hard” compacting, they do not damage the neighboring luggage. On top we put things that may be needed on the road.

For example, summer clothes to change at the airport upon arrival or necessary medications. Unless, of course, you took them in your hand luggage. You can resort to vacuum packaging; by sucking out the air, you will significantly reduce the volume. But I've never done this, so I can't recommend it.

Well, we packed our suitcase. All that remains is to wrap it in plastic tape or pack it in a case. Don't forget to weigh your luggage. At the airport, it is better to be sure that it will comply with all the rules and regulations of transportation.

Subscribe to blog updates, there are many interesting articles ahead. On this note, I bid you farewell. Bon Voyage!

Tips for placing cosmetics and toiletries

If, when solving the problem of how to pack clothes in luggage, the main goal is compact placement and safety, then toiletries complicate this task with a standard size of at least 250 ml and the shape of the bottle. Experienced tourists solve this problem by reducing the volume.

For example, regular shampoo and conditioner are poured into special travel kits or other small disposable containers (vitamin jars, conditioner jars, or other disposable packaging). Also, on a short trip, cosmetic samples and two-in-one products are very helpful.

To avoid leakage, the opening of each bottle is wrapped with a sufficient amount of cling film, closed with a lid and placed in ziplock bags. If toiletries are placed in carry-on baggage, you must take into account the airline's requirements for transporting liquids. Most often, their total volume cannot exceed 150 ml.

The same restrictions apply to liquid medicines and baby food. It is better to purchase sunscreen at your destination or in a duty-free area. The price will not differ significantly, and you will not have to bring a bottle of at least 300 ml.

How to pack things compactly in a suitcase

The answer to this question largely depends on the number of things. No matter how much you would like, it is impossible to pack all your belongings into one suitcase and take with you. Think about what you will actually need on your trip and what you can skip. For example, if the weather is more or less stable where you are going, feel free to wear out-of-season clothes. You also don’t need to take more than two pairs of replacement shoes, your entire home library, or your favorite perfume collection. Remember that on the road even an extra needle is heavy.

After you return home from your trip, do some “work on your mistakes”: think about what you forgot and what you didn’t even use. In the future, such an analysis will allow you to pack your suitcase more compactly and intelligently.

Tip #7: All socks are sneakers

Put small soft things in each pair of shoes: socks, stockings, belts, ties, even underwear, if you don’t mind. This will save shoes and boots from creases and dents, and will also free up some space for magnets. For hygienic purposes, treat your shoes with a special freshener before doing this.

If you are flying home from vacation and just before departure your sneakers are thoroughly wet, stuff them with paper, newspapers, or anything that absorbs moisture. By the way, paper will also come in handy in the first case, if suddenly all your socks have disappeared somewhere.

How to properly pack things in a suitcase

To make packing a success, there are life hacks that tell you how to pack your things in a suitcase at sea as compactly as possible:

  1. It’s easiest to pack socks, underwear, and chargers for gadgets in bags and put them in shoes, so they take up minimal space.
  2. If you roll up your clothes, you can fit a lot more items.
  3. You shouldn’t stuff cosmetics all over your bag; it’s better to put them compactly in the cosmetic bag, but you shouldn’t put them at the very top or bottom so that nothing cracks or breaks.
  4. Heavy and bulky items, including shoes, should be placed at the bottom of the suitcase. And wrap the fragile ones in foam rubber or soft clothing so that they remain safe and sound. Small items such as a comb should be placed in the empty spaces, and the lightest items should be placed at the top.

Anything that could spill should be packed in zipper bags to avoid staining the rest of your luggage.

Features of hand luggage on an airplane

If you are planning an air trip, you should pack your suitcases at sea in such a way as not to violate the baggage rules. You cannot take with you on board the aircraft:

  • cutting and stabbing objects: knives, screwdrivers, scissors, forks, syringes, needles, etc.;
  • bottles and tubes larger than 100 ml, so it is better to review all gels/shampoos in advance;
  • flowers in pots;
  • blades (razors are allowed);
  • lighters;
  • weapons, drugs and other illegal substances.

The weight of hand luggage should not exceed 7 kg, and the dimensions of the suitcase cannot exceed the parameters 55 x 40 x 20 cm, so you need a small but compact bag for vacation. If you have to check things into the luggage compartment, it is worth packing your suitcases at sea in bright covers so that if they are lost, they will have a distinctive feature.
