My usual recipe did not use any fillings. But, I want to somehow modify the pie, so this time I decided to add dried cherries to it. I have never tried such an amazing dessert in my life. Ingredients you will need for baking

• 325 grams of wheat flour; •

    50 gr. cocoa powder;

    1 glass of sugar;

    85 ml sunflower oil;

    10 gram pack of baking powder;

    300 ml of purified boiled water;

    A pinch of salt, literally on the tip of a knife.

Mix all ingredients until a homogeneous mass is formed. I use a mixer with a dough hook, which gets the job done in two minutes. We take a very ordinary silicone mold and pour our creamy dough into it. Now all that’s left to do is put the mold in the microwave, close it and bake for ten minutes with a power setting of 750 W. The pie is ready.

Basic microwave bread recipe:

2-3 tbsp. vegetable oil

with :

1. Mix ingredients in a bowl. First add 5 tbsp. regular wheat flour. You can also replace some of the wheat flour with other types of flour - almond, coconut, whole grain, buckwheat, etc. It is important to know that adding any other flour changes the recipe and properties of the finished bread.

If you want to make bread according to the Keto diet, instead of flour, use almond or coconut flour or a mixture of both (see recipe for Keto bread in 1 minute).

2. Add a teaspoon of baking powder and vanilla if you like vanilla flavor. The baking powder in a microwave bread recipe will cause your bread to “rise,” increasing in volume. Don't add too much or the "lift" will get out of control! Adding vanilla is optional; it does not affect the baking process.

3. Add one egg to the mixture. The size of the egg is not important. However, a large egg size will affect the moisture content of the bread in the microwave.

4. Add 2-3 tbsp. milk. In the microwave bread recipe, you can use any milk: cow's milk, almond milk, rice milk, coconut milk, etc. Fattier and thicker milk will make the bread richer in taste. The main function of milk in microwaved bread is to moisten the baked goods so that it forms a flour dough.

5. Add 2 tbsp. water. Water has the same function in a microwave bread recipe - to provide moisture. If you don't use water in the recipe, your bread will be too dry.

6. Add 2-3 tbsp. vegetable oil. You can use olive oil, coconut oil, sunflower oil - any that suits you. The butter in a microwave bread recipe is to make the bread soft and rich, or moist. Therefore, using different oils, you will see the difference between them in the recipe and taste of the bread.

Preparing bread for baking in the microwave

1. Knead the dough with clean hands until it has a smooth, homogeneous consistency. Mix gently, trying to keep the dough moist. Leave the dough for 2-5 minutes.

2. Gently use your hands (without force) to shape the dough into a ball or an oval bun, depending on the shape of the loaf or bun of bread you want to get after baking in the microwave. It can be any shape you like!

3. Lightly score the top of the bread in an X (X) shape to prevent it from cracking while baking in the microwave.

4. Place the dough in a microwave-safe mold (never metal). You will need a mold with low sides, a flat, even bottom and not a narrow diameter. This is important because After baking in the microwave, you will need to remove your bread from the pan.

To bake bread in the microwave, you can use a large cylindrical ceramic cup with a volume of 250-300 ml, in which muffins are usually prepared in a mug. The disadvantage of baking bread in such a cup may be the uneven structure of the bun, when the bottom will be denser than the top of the bread.

A quick bread recipe according to Dukan on Attack includes a complex composition, balanced for consumption with the goal of maximum weight loss. It includes protein isolate, protein from cottage cheese and kefir, and eggs. If you dilute the composition with flax seeds, you may get bread that is acceptable for consumption at other stages of the Dukan diet. The attack assumes that the baked goods will become as bland as possible.

Ingredients:

  • oat bran – 40 g;
  • wheat bran – 30 g;
  • protein isolate – 60 g;
  • eggs – 3 pcs.;
  • soft cottage cheese – 20 g;
  • low-fat kefir - half a glass;
  • dry yeast – 10 g;
  • baking powder – 15 g;
  • salt – 3 g;
  • sweetener - tablet.

Cooking method:

  1. Dissolve yeast in kefir, add sweetener and bran.
  2. Mix baking powder, isolate, salt, add to the first mass.
  3. Mix dry crumbs with eggs, cottage cheese, stir until smooth.
  4. Leave the dough in a warm place for 35 minutes to rise.
  5. Place in a mold and place in the oven for 35 minutes at 190 degrees.
  6. Check readiness with a wooden skewer - when pierced, there should be no sticky pieces left on it.
  7. If desired, you can use turmeric to color the dough.

How to cook bread in the microwave

Rinse the raisins well and leave to dry on a paper towel.

Pour milk into a saucepan, add sugar and place in the MVP at maximum power for one minute. Take it out and try how hot it is, as the yeast needs to dissolve in it. If it is very hot, cool it a little so that the yeast does not cook.

Next, add sifted flour and saffron, which will give an appetizing, soft yellow color. Mix very thoroughly.

Cover with a lid and place in the oven - moderate power and time for 20 seconds (this is important, do not put it for more!). During this time the dough will double in size.

Place the dough on the table (board), sprinkle with raisins and form an obedient dough for braiding (you can add just a little flour).

Forming braids

Divide the dough into three parts (required!).
Divide each third into three more parts for braiding. As a result, we get three braids. Grease a baking dish with butter, arrange the braids and sprinkle them with poppy seeds. Cover with foil and place in the microwave at medium power for 20 seconds. Pull it out. Let it rest for 5 minutes and do the same again - set it for 20 seconds. This is proofing. The braids should increase in volume.

Let's bake

After another five-minute break, place the pan covered with foil in the oven, setting medium power and six minutes of time. Then bake for the same amount of time at full power.

Let stand for five minutes in the microwave. Now you can get delicious, aromatic, microwave-baked raisin bread.
