They retain moisture, becoming a breeding ground for putrefactive bacteria. It is recommended to place the nuts in one layer, not too close to each other. How to dry fruits in the oven

The oven should be slightly preheated. The optimal temperature is 40-45 degrees. Drying time 2.5 – 3 hours. It is not recommended to exceed the specified time, as the taste of the kernels is lost.
