- soda ash, 400 g;

- Pour grated soap into it.
- Place this pan on very low heat.
- Stir until the soap is completely dissolved, being careful not to bring it to a boil - this is important.
- Take a small container and pour 50-100 ml of warm water into it.
- Dilute soda ash in it.
- Add the resulting solution to the soap slurry.
- Stir until the mass is completely homogeneous.
- Place the resulting jelly in a cool place to cool.

Why are such means ineffective?
