Approach 1

Option 1 “Black panties”
1. Cut the panties along the side seams.
2. Protect the edges with a buttonhole stitch.
3. Cut the black elastic band into 10 strips, each about 6 cm long.
4. The strips were sewn on using a buttonhole stitch. We sewed 5 strips of black elastic on each side.
5. The edges were folded to the wrong side and the needle was sewn back with a seam.
Option 2 “Beige panties”
1. Cut the panties along the side seams.
2. Protect the edges with a buttonhole stitch.
3. We cut the white elastic into strips 4 cm long. We needed 16 strips.
4. 4 strips were sewn to the side edges using a loop seam, bent in half at an equal distance from each other. We got 4 loops along each edge.
5. The edges were folded to the wrong side and the needle was sewn back with a seam.
6. The beige satin ribbon was cut into 2 strips. The length of our strips is about 1 meter. The ends of the ribbons were lightly scorched in a match flame to protect them from fraying. 7. Thread a satin ribbon through the loops and tie a bow.
